Do you have an interest in getting fit and staying fit?  Trust me--you’re not alone.  This is a time where many people reevaluate their personal fitness level and decide that a change is due.  Some simply want 2010 to be better than 2009.  Others feel it’s time to start preparing for the warmer months ahead and realize it won’t be long before shorts and swimsuits come into play. 

Our YMCA has more to offer than ever before in the fitness realm.  The facility still offers a variety of ways to add aerobic and strength training into your day.  Racquetball, swimming, hoops in one of the gyms, fitness classes, and the fitness center are all ways to meet your physical goals.  We have increased our personal training department and would gladly meet with you to develop a strategy that would help you succeed.  Our YMCA is here to be the solution for your fitness needs.  Our popular “Move to Lose” program offers weekly weigh-ins, nutritional flyers, fitness basics, body fat % testing, guest speakers and prizes for the winners.
